Butterknife Folk Funan is an exploration on textured components reflecting the softness of artisanal hand-churned gelato, crisp of waffles, and quality ingredients that go into their absolutely delightful tasting gelato. We put together a tight kiosk fit-out in a strategic attempt to receive traffic efficiently from its prominent corner spot.
